A quick way to get high res images of our earth in the last few days.  This can be a valuable tool for reporting current events with exciting imagery.  When Hurricane Katrina rolled in we used images from here to quickly develop content for Science Buzz within hours.

Some additional band combinations may be be available for specific applications. Geographic areas can be selected from the maps or from the list below. For each geographic area the archive imagery is available online."
