Community website for Nonprofit professionals committed to using technology more effectively to achieve their missions. The site consists of a member profiles, member blogs, affinity groups, a forum, a collaborative library, and a learning center.  As of today, there are over 2700 members, 121 Affinity groups, 9,661 Message Posts, 99 Shared Resources, and 63 Blogs

The Site provides each member with a Profile page and a blog, and presents recent posts from these blogs on a top-level Blogs page, giving each member's posts prominent exposure to the whole community.

Affinity Groups are groups of members with related professional interests. Joining a group subscribes you to that group's listserve, and many of the groups have an active group blog. Groups related to educational web development include Emerging Technology, Training and Education, Flickr for Nonprofits, Online Community Building, SocialNetworking, Emarketing for Good, Serious Games, MobileActive, and  GIS and Mapping. 

The Library is a collaboratively built collection of resources contributed by members, including articles, papers, presentation slides, and other material members' feel would be useful to others in the community.

The Learning Center provides links to several articles organized by topic: Email Messaging, Blogging, Online Fundraising, Online Community, and Case Studies. Articles Include "What's Working in Online Communities?", "Resources for Developing Online Communities", and  "A Nonprofit's Guide to the Blogosphere."
