I am upgrading my website so that it offers online video tutorials on specific filmmaking techniques. Each tutorial will be 3-5 minutes in length. I do need help from a web developer and would love to be given some referrals.

My website will have both a free version of the tutorial and a small fee version with more indepth info as well. I would love to find someone who lives near me so if they have to visit my location they don't have to deal with LA traffic. I live in the West San Fernando Valley. I am not looking for a freebie, nor am I swimming in money.
